I live half the year in London and half in Guatemala and every time I'm about to leave London it is one of the first things I make sure to pack.

I’ve tried so many chilli oils but this is the one I keep coming back to. Distinctive but versatile, punchy but moreish. We use it in pasta, sandwiches and in soups as well as the obvious stir fries and curries. Friends love it as gifts. And I always have a few jars in reserve because running out it is the worst…

Tried this chilli oil for the first time today. I bought it from my local garden centre at Hare Hatch Reading. OMG! You have to give it a go it’s awesome. You can really taste the lemon which sings when you have it with some eggs. My daughter has nearly finished the jar 🤩 will definitely be getting some more.

Ultimately, put simply, Yok Chan is the best chilli oil out there. So much so, that now I live abroad, I have to have it shipped to me. This needs to be a global supergiant as a product!

Second time I have ordered this for myself. Always have a jar in my fridge
