Returns and refunds
We don't accept returns as such due to the nature of our product. Though if the product has arrived faulty or damaged and you can provide evidence, we'll be happy to offer you a refund or a replacement.
If you opt for a refund and it's approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
